If nothing else, Nintendo’s new-generation home console has revolutionized the way gamers hurt themselves.
There are tons of horror stories of Wii gamers throwing Wii-motes at walls and even into expensive HDTV sets.
There are lots of stories of how people accidentally bruised
their own forehead playing Wii Bowling or accidentally battered
their wife when playing tennis. People have actually sued each
other over injuries and damages caused by playing Nintendo Wii
video games.
We hear stories of partner injuries while trying to beat a
boss in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, accidentally
smacked a friend in the face full-force. There are accidents because of Wii Boxing.
When playing in a small room, you can get so into the action and tried to side swipe my character when his nunchuck hit
his friend in the right eye. My sister bruised her very own forehead when she was playing Wii Bowling.
We’re sure this is just the beginning of
Wii-related injuries, accidents and broken lamps, and TV
screens. Maybe we need a product warning... “WARNING:
Playing Wii may severely mangle your friends' and families bodies
or damage your TV screen". Personal injury lawyers have
been used to handle numerous lawsuits for bodily injury,
assault, and property damages.
So, BE CAREFUL!!!
